If We Don't Win, You Don't Pay

At Conway Accident Law Practice, we believe in our clients, and we believe in their cases. That is why we are happy to provide help with the cost of making a claim.

Our no-win, no-fee agreement means precisely that. We share the risk with you—guaranteeing you against payment of all outlays and expenses, such as expert reports. If the insurer does not settle your claim and court proceedings are required, we will guarantee you against adverse costs if your case is lost.

We set this out in our client care agreement with you.

You Share the Reward

If we are successful, then we ask that you share your reward with us. At the end of a successful claim, we will deduct a percentage from the damages we recover on your behalf.

For road traffic cases, there is usually no deduction if we can settle without litigation. We cap our deduction at 15% of damages recovered if we have to raise court proceedings for you. In all other cases, our normal deduction is calculated on work done, with a maximum deduction of 20% of damages recovered.
